It is our policy to respond to any notices of infringement and take appropriate action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws, as well as data protection under the GDPR.
We are a non-profit, creative commons website whose method of organization is an unpaid, self-managed Editorial Board that selects content suggestions, translates public utility items into underserved languages and ascertains whether information is true or not.
If your copyrighted material has been posted on the website or if links to your copyrighted material are returned via our search engine and you would like this material removed, you must provide a written communication detailing information listed in the following section. Please be aware that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you misrepresent information listed on our website that is infringing your copyright.
